Job Duties:
• Provide administrative support to production such as supply ordering, production security management, asset management, employee management, and other business affairs.
• Manage production staffing agency such as contract management, staffing request, perform as a communication window between the company and the staffing agency.
• Manage Health & Safety program such as OSHA compliance, injury & illness prevention program management such as fire extinguishing equipment, hazardous materials management, etc.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
• Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
• Interact with external clients such as city, community, fire department, police department, etc.
• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
• Develop and conduct training programs
• Manage and maintain office environment.
• Assist with hiring and termination process.
• Cooperate in managing the company assets, such as machines, construction, landscaping, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• BA degree (HR or related major preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience providing administrative support in manufacturing environment
• Organized, team player, flexible and adaptable to change
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize key tasks
• Good communication skills and decision making ability
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• Proficiency with MS office
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Job Duties:

• Prepare and provide training program for the company DAS to customers
• Prepare and provide Certification process for the company DAS to customers
• Integrate and test the company DAS products based on requested DAS system configuration
• Provide technical services for customers' call
• Summarize, analyze and report problems of the company DAS products periodically

Requirements:

• Know how to use test equipment such as signal generator, spectrum analyzer
• Know how to compensate offset due to cable loss and attenuator loss
• Understanding of technologies such as LTE, CDMA and WCDMA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide technical support for the company DAS
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Understanding of DAS
