DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials
• Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events

• Arrange for catering when needed
