Job Duties:
Role Description: The overall management of daily shipments in and out of warehouses mainly using Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Track irregular shipments on a daily basis and find solutions to deliver successfully to customers
• Manage ETA and IOD of transportation
• Monthly report of Carrier KPI
• Daily exception report
• File claims against carriers on shipments that are damaged during transit and lost in transit
• Monthly damage and claim report
• Manage claim refunds and keep track of current status
• Arrange transportation for irregular shipments and find cost saving ways to ship products
