Job Duties:

Supervise plant IT/Network assets. Plan and execute network projects, including, but not limited to, maintenance, planning, and execution. Oversee the monitoring of internal and external network services.
• Develop and maintenance Plant & Company systems
• Participate in the analysis, design and development of Manufacturing systems (PMS/MES)
• Secure the Network/Phone operations
• Monitor and maintain Information Security systems (Access Control, Camera system, etc.)
• Provide support to internal users regarding PC and Network devices (including plant radio, network printers, etc.)
• Provide support to internal users regarding corporate ERP (SAP)
• Monitor inter and external network devices (such as Switches, Routers, etc.)
• Maintain and manage corporate plant servers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years of experience in Network Management
• 1 year experience in IP/Digital phone system maintenance (Avaya IP technology preference)
• 1 Year experience in PC maintenance

Job Duties:

• Provides technical support by training and troubleshooting to maintenance and manufacturing personnel. Insures that all department safety practices are followed. Maintains good employee relations
• Interprets operational manuals, manufacturer’s specifications, blueprints and schematics for manufacturing and ancillary equipment
• Provides guidance and shares knowledge electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, machining and fabrication to maintenance and or manufacturing employees.
• Assigns and supervises daily work schedules of all department personnel
• Maintains employee records pertaining to vacations, absenteeism, weekly time sheet, etc.
• Manages capital authorizations when assigned by General Manager
• Manages Bigfoot and supervises Bigfoot point person
• Manages and initiates PM program and tracks results
• Initiates Continuous Improvement programs
• Remains current on all OSHA, Arc Flash, and LO/TO procedures and updates as required
• Manages a vendor base to ensure quality product availability while minimizing costs and maintaining the highest of service levels to the plant. Includes operating supplies, repair and maintenance support and services
• Manages storeroom supplies
• Manages procurement activity of repair and maintenance goods and services via requisitions
• Assist Purchasing Agent in reconciliation of invoice discrepancies and approves for payment
• Manages and trains employees related to computer purchasing system
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Directly supervises all employees in the Maintenance Department

Requirements:

• BS Degree preferred
• Must be results oriented with strong people skills
• 10+ years of maintenance supervisory experience

Job Duties:

• Lead improvements/ optimization in outbound & inbound schedules and routes.
• Provide information on delivery options for new markets across the US.
• Source and contract logistics service providers.
• Responsible to control logistical costs and stay within budgeted levels.
• Monitor and track on-time deliveries.
• Improve processes to promote efficiency, quality service, and reduce operating costs.
• Resolve customer problems and analyze/ follow through on service level delivery issues.
• Effectively manage 3PL partners within budgets for the required output.
• Ensure proper documentation related to vehicle laws, regulations, & safety programs are completed.
• Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a logistics management role within a fast paced business.
• Experience in supply chain management. Knowledge with NON, SLOW, and ACTIVE moving items.
• Solid understanding of routing & warehouse management systems.
• A relentless passion for an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong Excel skills (Sumif, vlookup, pivot tables skills etc).
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 5+ years of experience dealing with 3PL carriers is useful.
• Advanced education in Logistics or Supply Chain including warehouse management systems is helpful.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Previous negotiation and contractual experience preferred.
• Bilingual with Korean/English is required.
