Job Duties:
• Assist development efforts to meet product design and launch timelines while providing product and validation data in accordance with defined project scope
• Manage projects involving cross-functional disciplines of Design, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing in a matrix management organization.
• Report weekly product development status to marketing to ensure all launches are on target.
• Facilitate the day-to-day operational aspects of a new/changed product development
• Serve as subject matter expert of the new product development process and templates.
• Driving internal and external members to move development process forward.
• Process product development related contracts and invoices.
• Work closely with marketing communication team on executing all marketing events.
• Timely provision and collation of product information to launch to the market and retailer
• Support marketing and sales team needs by develop, create and execute all promotion materials and all sheets regarding new/changed products.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

• Language skills – bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
• Experience in Marketing or supply chain with project management experience in a consumer packaged goods and related area preferred.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a resource-challenged, environment.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrated computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) and proficient in use of project planning software applications (e.g., Microsoft Project)
