Job Duties:

• Assist development efforts to meet product design and launch timelines while providing product and validation data in accordance with defined project scope
• Manage projects involving cross-functional disciplines of Design, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing in a matrix management organization.
• Report weekly product development status to marketing to ensure all launches are on target.
• Facilitate the day-to-day operational aspects of a new/changed product development
• Serve as subject matter expert of the new product development process and templates.
• Driving internal and external members to move development process forward.
• Process product development related contracts and invoices.
• Work closely with marketing communication team on executing all marketing events.
• Timely provision and collation of product information to launch to the market and retailer
• Support marketing and sales team needs by develop, create and execute all promotion materials and all sheets regarding new/changed products.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Language skills – bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
• Experience in Marketing or supply chain with project management experience in a consumer packaged goods and related area preferred.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a resource-challenged, environment.

Job Duties:

• Develop designs that are aligned with corporate strategy and reflect brand’s personality
• Assure all work meets corporate brand standards and quality assurance guideline
• Produces graphic art and visual materials for packaging, promotions and informative materials
• Generates and manipulates graphic components into consolidated and seamless outputs
• Design and produces art and copy layouts for material to be presented by package design team
• Take direction from senior designers in order to concept and execute ideas
• Communicate with team members to develop and execute new and innovative ideas
• Communicates to suppliers to confirm colors, print limitations and any other requirements
• Responsible for producing visually impactful solutions for existing product portfolio
• Primary skills responsible for the creative development and delivery of print ready artwork
• Research, concept, and prototype visual design assignments as needed
• Work with team members to incorporate assignment objectives into the final design delivery
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Must have 4+ years of experience with CPG design or graphic art
• Must have 4-6 years working experience within a design firm or in-house creative team environment as a graphic designer
• Food Industry preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual in English/Korean strongly preferred
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite / Microsoft Office / 3D rendering software
• Portfolio and reel required to demonstrate creative and technical skills
• Understanding/Knowledge of printing process, photography, illustration and typography
• Organized team player and collaborator
• Successfully manages time, work flow and schedule
• Comfortable pitching ideas/designs
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Able to prioritize multi-task/strong organizational skills

Job Duties:

• Process all accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Ensure proper documentation is attached and approvals were obtained
• Reconcile financial discrepancies of its internal and bank transactions
• Perform monthly financial closings under established company processes and guidelines
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statement (B/S, P/L, Cash flow, etc.)
• Consolidate financial statements
• Work closely with financial service vendors to comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
• Develop and execute financial policies and procedures to meet company’s objectives.
• Purchase and maintain inventories of various company supplies, including but not limited to general office, equipment, food/beverages and other types of supplies.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting major and at minimum 3 years of recent accounting experience
• Fluent in Korean and English
• Knowledge in QuickBooks
• Attention to detail
• Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills with focused knowledge of MS Excel
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Work Experience at CPA office preferred

Job Duties:

• Receiving orders, input into the system, print all the ordered list and hand over to warehouse workers.
• Adjust order quantity communicating with stores and issue picking list.
• Check and verify item and quantity when receiving and shipping out
• Keep and track the precise records of all incoming and outgoing products.
• Confirm receiving and shipping out daily to keep right daily inventory data.
• Report any issues such as shortages, overages, aging, etc.
• Handle any internal logistics with other departments like production or shipping out for internal use.

Requirements:

• College BS Degree or equivalent experiences are required
• 1~2 years of warehouse operation experiences preferred but not required
• Computer Skills including WMS, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Bilingual in Korean and English required and Spanish preferred
• Ability and know how to deal with high stress communication
• Teamwork oriented/Problem Solving skills/ Communication Skills
