Job Duties:
The HR Sr. Coordinator will provide direct support to HR Management and company employees. The HR Sr. Coordinator administers a variety of human resources activities and programs, including those related to staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and workplace safety. This individual will have an opportunity to work on various training and learning activities including but not limited to new hire orientation, leadership development, and HR & Compliance training. Also, work on organization development projects such as organization culture improvement initiatives and CSV (Creating Shared Value with communities) activities.
1. Talent Acquisition & Retention
• In charge of all recruitment process, including ad placement, speaking with recruiters, reviewing resumes, interview process, creating job offer scenarios and preparing reports associated with recruiting
