Job Duties:
• Daily inside sales and administrative duties include: leads and opportunities communication and updates between Korean HQ team and local American team, orders processing, shipment and storage logistics, billing, payments, travel planning, and expense reports, etc.
•Create and submit weekly and monthly reports for the American operations to include the team activity report with new leads, project execution updates, sales pipeline performance to targets etc.
• Maintain the Customer Relationships & Pipeline of Opportunities management tools content that include keeping up-to-date customers and partners’ contacts, continuously update each pipeline opportunities for real-time shared knowledge between the American and HQ teams.
• Organize the company participation in strategic industry events (i.e. ESA, ESNA).

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of related experience in Power Generation/Transmission/Distribution, Energy Storage or other battery industry.
• Minimal travel (a few times a year within America)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Must be able to establish and grow relationships with primary and executive-level contacts, internally and with customers & partner
• Full proficiency in MS Office and with CRM / Pipeline Management tools such as Sales Force or equivalent
