• Communicate with customers, vendors and oversea agents

• Tracing and tracking of shipment to final destination, proactively taking action to avoid delays
• Preparing reports and advising teams of shipment status
• Reviewing shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, arrival notice, and etc.
• Auditing vendor invoices and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Other duties as required and assigned

Job Duties:

• Build, support and maintain the enterprise network and security systems (N to N VPN), both virtual and physical.
• Investigates and analyzes resource utilization and prepares reports.
• Optimizes the network infrastructure to maintain the highest possible level of performance and security.
• Conducts appropriate, routine tests to ensure the proper working condition and security of developed and purchased software/hardware.
• Coordinates and schedules initial installation of new equipment or reinstalation of relocated equipment.
• Build, support and maintain the Microsoft and Linux infrastructure for the enterprise.
• Perform installation, maintenance and support of networking software, hardware and infrastructures.
• Management of asset life cycle process including recommendation for replacement of obsolete or end-of-life resources as needed.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic issues that involve the core operating systems and desktop components and implementing preventative measures.
• Register, track and modify company owned IT assets utilizing Asset Management System.
• In accordance with company’s Information Security Policies, support implementing security measures, monitoring employee’s observances and reporting the results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience within an IT environment
• Knowledge of applications and platforms including: Microsoft Office and Office 365, DNS servers, DHCP servers and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol.
• Considerable knowledge of, and the ability to practically apply, necessary testing, practices and procedures.
• Ability to apply the principles of independent logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to comprehend the consequences of various problem situations and to refer them for appropriate decision-making.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be bilingual (English and Korean)

Job Duties:

• Ocean Import Shipment data management / Monitoring the status of data update for each of local offices (Relevant Data: Port of Discharging Arrival Date, Final Destination Arrival Date, Rail Ramp Departure/Arrival Date)
• Monitoring Outstanding amount of money which has not been paid by Customers
• Gathering the Data of Monthly Cost spent for the delivery of customers' shipment and share that information with them.
• Handling outstanding charges issues with various Carriers
• Service Contract (S/C) Data management, Handling issues with S/C
• Handling Cargo Damage Claim Issues (supported by Company Legal Counselor)
• Service Coordination / Communication with Customers and Carriers
• Taking a role as a Control Tower if specific/abnormal issue happen

Job Duties:

• Coordinate and arrange ocean import services for international goods.
• Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in processing shipments by email and phone.
• Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client’s requirements, A/R, and A/P
• Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
• Provide daily activity reports to customer.
• Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management
• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Especially Excel and Outlook)
