Job Duties:
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing game launch and live-op processes.
• Collaborate with art, design, engineering, production, marketing, PR, Web Dev, IT, QA, community and localization teams to ensure long term success for multiple titles.
• Develop and maintain procedures to effectively define, schedule and communicate release deadlines, budgets, revenues and goals.
• Operate regular meetings with the executive team and game teams to discuss milestones, statuses and resolve obstacles that may hinder the planned schedule.
• Create competitive analysis of competing titles in the marketplace as well as our games.
• Continually review and analyze game data and purchase behavior to better understand our players and suggest new areas of growth for our titles.
• Maintain localization process in multiple languages including handling of the creation of art, text and voice-over assets.
• Work with the legal team to manage licensed assets and properties for external developers and publishers as well as drive the approval process for said items.
• Manage a team of Project/Product Managers and coach them to grow into leaders on other titles.
• Travel globally to work with external and internal development teams, media and distributors.
Requirements:
• Passion for games of all types, especially mobile games
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience(s).
• At minimum 10 years of work experience in a gaming/mobile gaming production management/ project management
• Ability to prioritize projects to meet due dates.

Import/Domestic Purchasing
• Issue On-Time Purchasing Order
