Job Duties:

• Order and manage material in the production manufacturing industry
• Identify and predict unlikely problems within the supply cycle and make changes to process to meet departmental objectives
• Responsible for management of product logistics, production, and distribution operations from factory to customer
• Develop, read, prepare, interpret, and understand product shipment information from various order and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Resolve problems of moderate to large scope where analysis of data requires the identification of obscure or undefined factors and decisions have significant impact on business performance
• Manage and measure supply chain processes including; shipping, inventory aging, quality assurance, identifying exceptional or high cost deviations and making procedural decisions outside the scope of established guidelines
• Responsible for other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or similar major preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Production, Purchasing required
• Moderate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite is required
• Experience with databases in ERP system
• Bilingual in English and Korean strongly preferred

Job Duties:

• Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA)
• Conduct and manage investigations related to workplace fraud, harassment, discrimination, safety, and resolve all employee relations and grievance situations
• Liaise and collaborate with the company HQ to achieve HR goals
• Process and coordinate recruiting and termination process as well as new hire orientation and other trainings as needed
• Process payroll, time and attendance and weekly/monthly audits
• Process health insurance enrollments, terminations and monthly invoices
• Coordinate and organize annual performance evaluation process and provide related support

Requirements:

• BA degree in HR or related major
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Ability to multi-task and work within required deadlines
• Fluency in both Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Qualifications:

• Proficiency and development experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Must be able to map architecture of current website
• Wordpress development/maintenance/deployment is a must
• Responsive Web development experience (portfolio required)
• Development with javascript library experience
• Building & Maintaining e-commerce site experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in computer science or relevant field is a plus
• Online CS degree acceptable if applicable.
• Nodejs/Reactjs
• AWS Server maintenance is a great plus
• Wordpress plugin customization, development, deployment is a great plus
• Implementation, customization and development of Magento extensions
• Git Source Control Management experience
• Skilled in Linux, PHP, MySQL is a great plus
• Knowledgeable of fraud and site security issues
• Work with front-end web designers to implement custom Magento templates

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead improvements/ optimization in outbound & inbound schedules and routes.
• Provide information on delivery options for new markets across the US.
• Source and contract logistics service providers.
• Responsible to control logistical costs and stay within budgeted levels.
• Monitor and track on-time deliveries.
• Improve processes to promote efficiency, quality service, and reduce operating costs.
• Resolve customer problems and analyze/ follow through on ‘service level delivery issues.
• Effectively manage 3PL partners within budgets for the required output.
• Ensure proper documentation related to vehicle laws, regulations, & safety programs are completed.
• Performs other duties as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
• 5+ years’ experiences in a logistics management role within a fast paced business.
• Experience in supply chain management. Knowledge with NON, SLOW, and ACTIVE moving items.
• Solid understanding of routing & warehouse management systems.
• A relentless passion for an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong Excel skills (Sumif, vlookup, pivot tables skills etc).
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 5+ years of experience dealing with 3PL carriers is useful.
• Advanced education in Logistics or Supply Chain including warehouse management systems is helpful.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Previous negotiation and contractual experience preferred.
• Bilingual with Korean/English is preferred.
