Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals and demonstration if necessary
• Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing and recording data, information and documents.
• Completes underwriting by analyzing and auditing documents, emails and transmissions, researching and resolving processing problems.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, responding to requests in time. Completes tasks by coordinating requirements, developing procedure.
• Resolves complaints by investigating issues and composing responses, referring non-standard complaints and potential discrepancy to upper management.
• Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services and customer service processes.
• Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and responses, gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information, verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
• Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in AMS.
• Updates Job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes commercial team’s and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• Minimum 5 + years of related working experiences preferred
• English/Korean bilingual preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare annual financial information
• Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations
• Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system
• Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis required
• Accounting/GAAP knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel; Word)
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in ERP systems, such as SAP is preferred

Job Duties:

• Translate Korean business documents into English / English business documents into Korean to facilitate in-house/overseas communications.
• Assure the quality of the translated scripts meet cultural, lingual, industrial, and technical criteria.
• Modify and edit all scripts as necessary
• Report job progress to localization team manager
• Other ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Job Requirements:

Job Duties:

• Provide design solutions, from concept to final design, for all aspects of production development, maintenance, marketing, and community management.
• Collaborate with domestic production team and overseas partners to ensure localization of graphic arts before, during and after the production development phases.
• Coordinate daily execution of campaigns and schedules with US/HQ teams
• Support domestic community management activities by delivering arts and design assets for user campaigns, PR and other promotional activities
• Serve as the mobile creative expert in regards to ad unit specifications and performance
• Provide feedback and recommendations to all arts-related of current and future titles.
• Analyze and evaluate internal and external mobile game titles in relation to art style, UI/UX and themes
