Job Duties:

• Develop and maintenance Enterprise systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years of experience in IT/1 Year experience in PC maintenance
• Knowledge in PLC
• Manufacturing Execution System administration and maintenance experience
• Java & C#
• Able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events with flexibility in order to support the organization's need in time
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures
• Routers and VPN system management
• Proficient in the use of MS Office especially Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Duties:

• Supervise overall activities of the purchasing team.
• Initiate purchasing team savings-goals.
• Compare costs and negotiate pricing with vendors for production facilities.
• Price and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and specification issues.
• Report purchasing results and potential issues to upper management and other teams.
• Execute revisions to purchasing policies, manuals, and standard forms such as contracts.
• Monitor ERP (SAP) activities of purchasing team to identify and resolve issues.
• Communicate routinely with logistics team, sales team and production team.
• Share information with HQ purchasing team such as cost reduction methods.
• Negotiate vendor contracts to integrate purchasing activities and create synergies as needed.
• Provide raw materials and consumables forecasts for production facilities in preparation of inventory.
• Manage claims against vendors for quality, delivery, production, and other issues.
• Manage outsourced warehouse including inventory management and contract negotiation.
• Manage outsourced vendor including cost and contract negotiation.
• Participate in monthly closing activities including physical inventory check, data entry, administrative tasks, analytic reports reflecting manufacturing cost, inventory amount, sales record, etc.


Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required
• Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred
• Other relevant experience will be considered. (Chemical / Raw Material Purchasing Background)
• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Basic knowledge of economics and accounting
• Management of Financial resources
• Bilingual (English and Korean)

Job Duties:

• Financial Analysis and Reporting of the company Performances (USA)
• Provide FP&A Supports to the company Region (USA/Korea)
• Prepare Budgets/Revisions/Forecasts in financial system
• Prepare and analyze Store PLs (Actual vs. Budget vs. Prior Year for deviations / trends)
• Prepare Monthly Sales and Margin reports
• Work with Retail Team to create accurate and useful sales and margin reports
• Work with Retail Team to develop forecasts and budgets that capture accurately
• Sales/Returns/Markdown trends and market conditions
• Work with all business teams to help keep expenses in-line with budget
• Communicate and cooperate with Accounting Dept. to ensure accurate bookings of expenses and accruals
• Review and analyze Inventory on Hand and Inventory In-Transit by type/season/etc.
• Prepare and analyze Inventory Valuation (Reserve) Reports
• Prepare Profitability Calculations for new projects/stores
• Analyze and prepare other financial data as needed by upper management and headquarter
• Work on Projects requested by upper management and headquarter as basis for management decision making
• Manage smaller projects set to improve process and procedures in Finance
• Prepare schedules for year-end audits

[Tax Related Work]
• Assisting in the preparation and completion of all aspects of the corporate income tax compliance function including federal, state, and local corporate tax returns and estimated tax payments
• Maintaining current knowledge of all tax laws affecting the company
• Assisting with tax audits
• Gathering and analyzing financial and tax data
• Developing and preparing periodic financial and tax related reports
• Supporting Tax initiatives to provide the company with well-informed tax technical expertise

Requirements:

• 3+ years working experience in (Corporate)Accounting and Tax
• Highly proficient in use of Basic OA (Excel, Word) and ERP (Experience of Quick Book is preferred)
• Good communication skill with others
• Certification related to this position would be at a distinct advantage
