Job Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the operations of our Shopify and Magento platform (products uploads, promotions, feedback etc).
• Assist in the design phase of the website in order to ensure that the design team’s recommendations and vision are reflected
• Take P&L ownership of the monthly online marketing budget.
• Oversee digital marketing functions including SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing to drive marketing vision across several channels.
• Update Excel feeds for internal team and partner vendors, as needed.
• Investigate and report any operational/technical issues that arise.
• Implement ongoing marketing efforts and optimization through data analysis and customer feedback.
• Perform daily site audits to ensure the accuracy of content, merchandising, navigation, and search functionality for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:

• 4 - 5 years of eCommerce experience.
• 3 years of PPC platform management
• Understanding of current best practices for eCommerce business models, web development, and U/X Design best practices.
• Working knowledge and experience with eCommerce activities, online marketing channels, and content management.
• Have an understanding of disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, & SEO).
• Have an understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in an eCommerce context.
• Demonstrated an understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, content management systems, and processes.
• Javascript, Jquery proficiency preferred
• Continuous learner who stays abreast of business, consumer and industry trends
• Experience in Direct to consumer CPG/ Beauty, Fashion, Accessories, or Apparel environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Job Duties:

• Execute global supply planning activities for internal manufacturing and 3rd party suppliers including; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material/Capacity Requirement Planning (MRP), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
• Coordinate communication/actions between sales and manufacturing/operation team
• Manage inventory budget for the assigned areas
• Work collaboratively with sales and operation teams during times of production allocation situation caused by supply disruption, supply constrained scenarios. Develop contingency plans to facilitate immediate action and clear communication to all supply chain
• Collaborate with the production/operation team to establish a consensus supply plan taking into sales forecast, inventory optimization and customer service targets
• Lead process standardization, improvement and excellence to drive consistency, efficiency and productivity in the day to day operation
• Work collaboratively with sales/marketing and production team to plan for new product launch, product transitions, special promotion and events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP knowledge preferred
• APICS Certification is preferred
• Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training, and/or certification is preferred
• Bilingual in Korean strongly preferred

Job Duties:

Job Duties:

• Supervise overall activities of the purchasing team.
• Initiate purchasing team savings-goals.
• Compare costs and negotiate pricing with vendors for production facilities.
• Price and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and specification issues.
• Report purchasing results and potential issues to upper management and other teams.
• Execute revisions to purchasing policies, manuals, and standard forms such as contracts.
• Monitor ERP (SAP) activities of purchasing team to identify and resolve issues.
• Communicate routinely with logistics team, sales team and production team.
• Share information with HQ purchasing team such as cost reduction methods.
• Negotiate vendor contracts to integrate purchasing activities and create synergies as needed.
• Provide raw materials and consumables forecasts for production facilities in preparation of inventory.
• Manage claims against vendors for quality, delivery, production, and other issues.
• Manage outsourced warehouse including inventory management and contract negotiation.
• Manage outsourced vendor including cost and contract negotiation.
• Participate in monthly closing activities including physical inventory check, data entry, administrative tasks, analytic reports reflecting manufacturing cost, inventory amount, sales record, etc.


Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required
• Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred
• Other relevant experience will be considered. (Chemical / Raw Material Purchasing Background)
• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Basic knowledge of economics and accounting
• Management of Financial resources
