Job Duties:
• Manage all aspects of the operations of our Shopify and Magento platform (products uploads, promotions, feedback etc).
• Assist in the design phase of the website in order to ensure that the design team’s recommendations and vision are reflected
• Take P&L ownership of the monthly online marketing budget.
• Oversee digital marketing functions including SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing to drive marketing vision across several channels.
• Update Excel feeds for internal team and partner vendors, as needed.
• Investigate and report any operational/technical issues that arise.
• Implement ongoing marketing efforts and optimization through data analysis and customer feedback.
• Perform daily site audits to ensure the accuracy of content, merchandising, navigation, and search functionality for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
• 4 - 5 years of eCommerce experience.
• 3 years of PPC platform management
• Understanding of current best practices for eCommerce business models, web development, and U/X Design best practices.
• Working knowledge and experience with eCommerce activities, online marketing channels, and content management.
• Have an understanding of disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, & SEO).
• Have an understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in an eCommerce context.
• Demonstrated an understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, content management systems, and processes.
• Javascript, Jquery proficiency preferred
• Continuous learner who stays abreast of business, consumer and industry trends
• Experience in Direct to consumer CPG/ Beauty, Fashion, Accessories, or Apparel environment is preferred.
