Job Duties:

• Reducing Cycle time and usability improvement through the Siemens PLC programming.
• Troubleshooting Siemens PLC, AC drive and inspect/replace Servo Drive.
• Manage data back-up cyclically and monitor regarding each individual process.
• Analyzing repetitive trouble to recurrence prevention.
• Manage and update Electrical schematic.
• Oversees construction of electrical wiring work in the plant
• Load factor and insulated testing regarding individual electrical motor equipment.
• Inspect electrical equipment’s (electrical panel and generator) component temperature or life expectancy periodically through Infrared Scanner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science of Mechanics preferred
• At least 5 years of electrical industrial maintenance experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment in a manufacturing plant
• Possess a fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings in order to solve problems in a timely manner.
• Document work orders (WO) / preventative maintenance (PM) using computerized maintenance management system
• Knowledge in PLC (Especially Siemens S7)
• Experience in Motor Control (VFD, Servo drive)
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the annual company budget draw-up for domestic companies and international entities
• Control internal team's execution of the pre-approved budget as well as create supplementary budget during the year
• Responsible for the periodic analysis and control of the Company's financials to accomplish the annual budget
• Manage the pricing of international entities' sales and analysis of their profit as well as review and analyze the company's CAPEX project.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting field
• Strong analytical and MS Office Skills, especially MS Excel

Job Duties:

- Responsible for managing all aspects of a natural manufacturing, packaging and processing facility, with employees.
- Responsible for reporting the project progress to the CEO.
- Maximize the profitability of the plant through efficient use of raw materials, productive use of available labor and control of overhead costs.
- Ensure the manufacturing and packaging of a quality product while maintaining a safe and motivated workforce.
- Drive Food Safety initiatives at plant level working with corporate Operations and Quality Assurance team.
- Provide leadership, direction, guidance and support to management team and plant personnel. Develop positive, motivating and efficient communication with all employees.
- Maintain a positive employee environment through consistent/fair practices and leadership in areas such as employee development, safety and training.
- Establish, strive for and achieve challenging and attainable targets in the areas of: raw material conversion cost; packaging material usage; packaging material loss; production, packaging and supervisory labor costs; and fixed and variable overhead cost.
- Trouble-shoot and lead problem-solving efforts through the facilitation of team meetings and on-the-floor leadership to effectively change systems and procedures through the process of continuous improvement.
- Develop plant’s annual budget. Monitor and control plant costs in comparison to budgetary objectives.
- Lead, facilitate and support the plant’s safety process to insure a behavioral-based safe, hazard-free working environment for all employees.
- Maintain and adhere to company policies and procedures in the areas of Human Resources, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with Services and Sales through timely communication of issues and opportunities.
- Oversee all regulatory inspections to insure positive relations with state and federal inspection personnel.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum of ten (10) years management experience in food manufacturing or processing, preferably dairy manufacturing, in a similar role or as a department manager.
- Experience in successfully leading, coaching, motivating and developing a team in a “hands on” environment.
- Above average understanding of costs relating to Dairy manufacturing and packaging. Budgetary experience a must.
- Must possess a solid dairy background and willingness to learn and understand the peculiarities of company's product manufacturing and performance criteria.
- Strong food safety, customer and quality focus.
- Strong leadership skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, time management & organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be self-motivated, results oriented, possess high degree of initiative, and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge and understanding of food production operation (especially in meat industry processing and production) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Bilingual (fluent both in Korean and English language preferred)

Job Duties:

• Set up, customize and maintain the ERP system (NetSuite)
• Develop scripts, forms, reports, dashboards and KPIs
• Integrate ERP with other internal and external applications
• Document, maintain and update system-level customizations and training materials
• Manage data import, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts

Requirements:

• Proficient in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, SQL and web services
• Experience in NetSuite administration and customization preferred
• Knowledge in EDI preferred
