Job Duties:
• Create talent acquisition strategies (internal & external) to achieve the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent
• Partner with other Managers to understand business needs and develop talent pipelines via relational recruitment tactics and proactive sourcing

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or
• Master's degree with 6+ of strategic recruiting & sourcing experience from a corporate recruiting environment or a mix of corporate and search firm experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship building experience
• Previous management experience within a Talent Acquisition team
• Proven experience with current Talent Acquisition technologies such as: internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technologies is required
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a must
• Demonstrated success in recruiting candidates for leadership positions
• Proven experience in cold calling/sourcing/screening active and passive candidates

• Open new US in-bound immigration cases with the external immigration counsel
• Receive, process and submit all non-immigrant and immigrant petitions to our contracted law firms
• Monitor escalations of day to day U.S. Immigration matters as managed by the shared services.
