Job Duties:
• Achieve corporate sales goals for both volume and revenue in accounts
• Report monthly Retailer Analysis to executives and related divisions in order to provide implications of U.S. retail industry trend
• Monitor U.S. market trends and determine factors which could affect customer’s business so that it can be reported to any related divisions at headquarters
• Provide market trend to customers on regular basis to maximize service quality as well as to create cooperative relationship
• Establish extensive networks by coordinating regular meetings with customers and business partners
• Gather customers’ business status information (BP, inventory managements, quality issues) and share with HQ in a timely manner for effective internal supply plan establishment
• Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights from the quantitative measurement (sell-thru/ sell in/ inventory) for long/short term sales forecast, determine business opportunity & risks in advance

• Report weekly factory/shipping forecast analysis to management and provide HQ strategic suggestions to align and support sales activity
• Monitor shipment allocation balance b/w customer production plan and internal supply plan
• Manage daily sales activities (Company Sales orders, Global Sales orders, Customer Purchase orders, Delivery schedule/issues) for customers
• Perform month-end closing procedures and ensure sales goals are reached
• Report daily/weekly/monthly sales recap to the management
• Collaborate on subject matter across headquarters, forwarders, and warehouses to fulfill customer requests and provide solutions to issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to team objectives and outcomes as guided
• Comply with the company’s policy and procedure
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience
