Job Duties:

• Translate current and future game titles’ scripts and verify quality of work.
• Oversee Korean to English localization processes and manage team members to meet the team objectives.
• Develop strategies to improve team’s translation/localization processes to improve speed, quality and efficiency.
• Research, select and evaluate the performances of outside translation/localization vendors.
• Coordinate work with other departments and/or global partners to achieve localization objectives.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in relative major or equivalent professional translation experience Native level fluency in Korean and English
• At minimum 5 years of experience in translating game-related scripts

Job Duties:

- Acquire information on properties and characteristics of rice grown all over the world including the United States and analyze their physicochemical properties through experiences
- Select suitable raw rice for commercialization and standardize & manage its qualities
- Select grain or grain combinations that are most preferred by US consumers and develop formulas for the products
- Develop manufacturing process to ensure the stability and safety of the shelf-stable, ready-to-serve rice and ready-meal products and apply them to actual production sites
- Establish and apply production process conditions for each grain to achieve the target quality
- Analyze the cost structure of the developed and developing products
- Plan and conduct testings to calculate the shelf-life of developed products

Qualifications:

- B.S. or M.S. degree (U.S. or foreign) or equivalent in Food Science, Food & Nutrition Studies, Agricultural Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of educations
- At least 3 years of related work experience in processed rice manufacturing
- Research experience in rice, rice seeds, or grains preferred

Job Duties:

- Work with R&D researchers to develop a learning plan for the project consistent with project objectives. A learning plan outlines the consumer research objectives and action standards (tests).
- Be accountable for (1) scheduling of sensory tests, (2) managing consumer panel for sensory tests, (3) leading test sessions and (4) analyzing data and reporting.
- Management of consumer panel for sensory tests includes screening, selection, maintenance and establishment of consumer panel pool.
- Leading test session include setting up sensory protocols, developing questionnaires, and moderating the test session.
- Be comfortable working with large data sets, applying statistical techniques and using statistical analysis programs.
- Sometimes, outsource consumer research to market research companies but there is an active role to ensure that the research is executed with excellence and analyzed to a high quality.

Requirements:

- M.S. or equivalent degree in Food Sensory Science, Consumer Science or related area.
- B.S. or equivalent degree in Food Science, Sensory, Consumer, Market research or related area with minimum 1-2 years of experience in Food industry or Market research agencies with relevant experience in managing a panel and running sensory tests.
- English/Korean bilingual is preferred. A fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a must. And a fluent Korean (spoken and written) will be a plus.
- Basic knowledge in statistical theories is required. Skill for using statistical software is a must.
- Fully understand the importance of food hygiene and no cross contamination of food allergens.

Job Duties:

- Generate and approve food label information including ingredient declarations, allergens, nutrition facts panels, and claims to assure compliance with both USDA and FDA labeling.
- Work cooperatively with Food Scientists, Marketing, Business Unit Project Leaders, Manufacturing, and FSQ departments to provide packaging graphics content that meets the needs of all business units.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of USDA and FDA regulations relating to labeling of products for channels including retail, food service, industrial sales, and home service.
- Responsible for the development of product name, weight statement, ingredient statement, allergen declaration, descriptions, nutrition facts panel and claims compliant with government requirements and standard of identities. This includes ensuring compliance with all label related health and wellness claims.
- Prepare and submit all required label approval documents.
- Collaborates to identify and provide resolution to strategic and tactical regulatory issues pertaining to food labeling.
- Documents various work according to established procedures and guidelines, provides timely and effective oral and written communication and prepares reports to project team to ensure complete communication of project status, progress, issues, solutions, timeline, and accountability.
- Supports innovation by joining in the development of new ideas, new products or new product platforms.
- Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor of Science degree (U.S. or foreign) or equivalent in Food Science, Dairy Science, Foods & Nutrition Studies, Biological Sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or regulatory affairs experience.

Job Duties:

- Art work (set the direction for filming and photo shoots, work on original materials, etc.)

- Planning and executing design process (printing, design development, live photo cuts of actual food)

Qualifications:

- Bachelors' degree in graphics or package design
- 7-8 years of packaging design, preferably in food packaging
- Experience in brand identity functions
- Deep understanding of and experience in managing package design process
- Bilingual in English and Korean
