Job Duties:

• Review and understand thoroughly each affiliate's business models and processes
• Protect against fraud and theft of every affiliate's assets by ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively
• Ensure every employee complies with company’s policies and procedures
• Oversee risk management and control management to maximize operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance
• Obtain, analyze, and evaluate necessary accounting software data and documentation, previous reports, flowcharts etc.
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings strategies
• Focus and perform investigation needed to conduct follow-up audits and face to face interviews
• Prepare clear and concise reports that reflect audit’s findings, results, and the processes in order to report and provide value to management
• Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes
• Monitor the implementation of any recommendations
• Respond and conduct ad-hoc special audits as requested
• Engage in continued learning and skills development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
• Provide the anti-fraud and bribery education session to each affiliates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of internal audit experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework (accounting, finance or related business)
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office, accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Sage)
• Ability to consistently and accurately manipulate large amounts of data and to generate detailed and clear reports using flowchart and diagrams
• High degree of aptitude regarding attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Willingness to demonstrate leadership skills and make sound independent judgments
• Corporate (Internal) audit experience preferred
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred

Job Duties:

- According to company annual business plan, implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Develop new customers and new items in the wholesale/foodservice/ retail market for trading business based on container
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by trend (Imported items from Asia, Latin America)

Job Duties:
• Participate and complete monthly closing and audit process
• Responsible for maintaining records by accurately recording day to day financial transactions by compiling and analyzing account information
• Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits, and credit card, bank, cash deposit, bank statement reconciliations
• Ad-hoc reporting, to include, but not limited to, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports / statements
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and income statement accounts
• Check and verify source documents such as invoices & receipts employee expense reports

Background/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2-5 years of in accounting, financial systems, budgets, reporting, data analysis, auditing, taxation and advice and month end close experience preferred.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and theory and bookkeeping practices
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with multiple projects
• Strong business written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Excel
• Bilingual (English and Korean)

Job Duties:

• Work with internal engineering, quality, and production teams to evaluate customers’ requirements, to identify and solve the issues in production.
• Work with internal engineering, quality and production teams to communicate customer qualification efforts and educate internal teams on customer qualification requirements.
• Support R&D to create the specification
• Manage technical history of the business and information flow quickly
• Involve in early field trials.
• Work with development and Product Marketing organizations to ensure proper understanding of customers’ requirements and issues.
• Work with customers to understand unique design specification requirements.
• Work closely with customers to provide them with prompt and quality services.
• Provide technical trend analysis of customers and competitors
• Ensure quality of products being developed and delivered.
• Review test and FA reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of front-end processes of semiconductor manufacture.
• Functional understanding and ability to the product of epitaxial growth and wafer requirements.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• Domestic and international travel as needed.
• Education Requirements: M. Sc. And above in Chemical Engineering/Material Science/Mechanical engineering
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, as well as directly with internal engineering, quality, and production teams.

Job Duties:

• Manage localization projects end to end across multiple the company’s branches worldwide and external vendors
• Manage localization and LQA schedules and milestones to meet deadlines
• Forecast possible issues (scheduling, quality, etc.) and provide solutions
• Report on any issues reported by HQ
• Manage and train vendors with internal process and guidelines
• Work closely with branches, internal translation team, and vendors to ensure all deliverables are of high quality
• Propose new strategies and initiatives to improve the localization process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
• Fluency in both Korean and English; native speaker level
• 5+ years of experience in project management (Bonus points for game or localization industry)
• Working knowledge of CAT tools (MemoQ, Trados) preferred
• Working knowledge of project management tools like JIRA and Trello preferred
