Job Duties:

- Generate and approve food label information including ingredient declarations, allergens, nutrition facts panels, and claims to assure compliance with both USDA and FDA labeling.
- Work cooperatively with Food Scientists, Marketing, Business Unit Project Leaders, Manufacturing, and FSQ departments to provide packaging graphics content that meets the needs of all business units.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of USDA and FDA regulations relating to labeling of products for channels including retail, food service, industrial sales, and home service.
- Responsible for the development of product name, weight statement, ingredient statement, allergen declaration, descriptions, nutrition facts panel and claims compliant with government requirements and standard of identities. This includes ensuring compliance with all label related health and wellness claims.
- Prepare and submit all required label approval documents.
- Collaborates to identify and provide resolution to strategic and tactical regulatory issues pertaining to food labeling.
- Documents various work according to established procedures and guidelines, provides timely and effective oral and written communication and prepares reports to project team to ensure complete communication of project status, progress, issues, solutions, timeline, and accountability.
- Supports innovation by joining in the development of new ideas, new products or new product platforms.
- Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor of Science degree (U.S. or foreign) or equivalent in Food Science, Dairy Science, Foods & Nutrition Studies, Biological Sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or regulatory affairs experience.

Job Duties:

- Design management (outsourcing agencies management, strategic communication with internal Design Center, etc.)
- Design planning (design strategy and trend analysis, establishment of design lead time, etc.)
- Creative work (brand identity functions and package designs)
- Art work (set the direction for filming and photo shoots, work on original materials, etc.)
- Mass production management (printing and process work management)
- Planning and executing design process (printing, design development, live photo cuts of actual food)
- Communication with the Marketing and Brand Strategy Team

Qualifications:

- Bachelors' degree in graphics or package design
- 7-8 years of packaging design, preferably in food packaging
- Experience in brand identity functions
- Deep understanding of and experience in managing package design process
- Bilingual in English and Korean

Job Duties:

- Assist Grocery marketing team with new product development projects and category management including maintaining product master information system.
- Manage packaging design updates for the company products with internal and external graphic design agencies and packaging vendors.
- Manage communication with external regulatory and translation entities to ensure timely label compliance for products launching to Canada and Mexico.
- Assist category analysis to ensure the company product lines achieve sales and profitability targets via using SAP/BI system
- Assist development of sales materials, sample kits, and/or promotional events.
- Coordinate team meetings, assist with special projects and respond to requests from corporate HQ

Requirements:

- 1-2 years office work experience, marketing related preferred, but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree required,
- Bilingual (English/Korean)

Job Duties:

• Support for strategic business planning of each business division
• Assist in handling issues regarding new accounts, profit & loss, and all other administrative issues in overall business
• Work closely with HQ preparing and submitting various global business reports
• Prepare and manage monthly CEO report
• Assist to maintain company's infrastructure information
• Assist in developing and managing yearly business plan, budgets and collecting data
• Assist to analysis monthly P&L summary and expenses details
• Prepare and manage monthly estimated P&L by items, materials, and customers
• Follow up with various reports both internal and external requests

Basic Qualifications:

Job Duties:

- Manage supply chain management activities for internal manufacturing including Master Production Scheduling (MPS), daily In/Output Control by sales order
- Coordinate communication/actions between sales and manufacturing/operation team.
- Work collaboratively with sales and operation teams during times of production allocation situation caused by supply disruption, supply constrained scenarios. Develop contingency plans to facilitate immediate action and clear communication to all supply chain.
- Assist process standardization, improvement and excellence to drive consistency, efficiency and productivity in the day to day operation.
- Work collaboratively with sales/marketing and production team to plan for new product launch, product transitions, special promotion and events.

Requirement/Qualification

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 0-2 years of experience in operations or related field (Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Project Management, Purchasing, Customer Support, Contract Management, Material Management) preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications is required. Previous SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communication skill required.
