This position will be responsible for leading our customer acquisition efforts for the company’s mobile games through ownership of media buying campaigns with the help of partner agencies and corporate team.
Duties:
• Be a collaborator to the Product and Marketing teams as well as Leadership to define, develop, and implement marketing goals, campaigns, and strategies.
• Launch and manage user acquisition campaigns on ad networks, social media platforms, and other channels, identifying the optimal media mix and efficiencies to drive growth on the company’s Top-Grossing mobile games.
• Leveraging 3rd Party/Internal mobile attribution tools monitor, optimize, and report the performance of campaigns/ initiatives regularly.
• Lead planning and recommendation of the Budget, KPI Goals, and targeting criteria for both pre-production and live-service games.
• Promote improvement of the organization through sharing key insights and recommendations to inform creative direction, asset iteration, and develop A/B testing strategies.
• Own collaboration between HQ and US office with Marketing/Business Intelligence and Data Analysis teams to identify areas of advancement and improvement.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience managing mobile user acquisition campaigns across viable channels, including ad networks, social and emerging technology for a mobile game company or ad agency.
• Leveraging data to develop strong hypotheses, solve complex problems, and provide actionable insights utilizing storytelling and visualization.
• Strong ability to identify, adjust, and optimize campaigns balancing data analysis and intuition that help support top line revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to provide clear recommendations to top management.

Duties:
•Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure that products meet specifications for quality, function and reliability in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
