Job Duties:
 Cost accounting - Cost analysis
 Financial accounting
 Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
 Monthly, quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis
 Monthly expense variance analysis
 Inter-company transactions and reconciliations
 Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/ US
GAAP and compliance to internal policies
 Income Statement analysis including horizontal and vertical analysis
 Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
 Government reporting including US census
 Payroll accounting – understanding and posting journal entries
 A/R, A/P management (possible A/R collection)
 Interface with management in various departments, including
engineering, sales operations, IT and legal

Requirements:
 Engineering service accounting experience is a plus
 Deadline oriented
 Strong desire and willingness to learn
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA/CPA candidate is a plus but not
required.
 Strong technical accounting background.
 At least three years general ledger accounting experience is required
 SAP experience is a plus
 SAP module, FI, TR, AA, IM, SD, MM experience is a huge plus but not
required.
 Korean/Asian company experience is a plus
 Strong Excel experience preferred

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to

Job Duties:
• Manage all the daily detained accounting activities and coordinate the every month and quarter closing
• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statement which includes equity method and elimination of intercompany transactions
• Prepare financial report for company’s management as well as other groups, including regulatory agencies, tax authorities, bank and related part
• Analyze the company’s financial information and review costs inherent in the business
• Plan and prepare states and federal tax returns for 6 entities including 1099, W/H Tax, property tax, sales tax and tax provision
• Minimize tax issues and maximize tax benefit based on tax laws

Requirements;
• BA degree (Accounting major preferred) and also CPA preferred
• 5+ years of Accounting Experience
• Experience working with inventory for a manufacturing company along with a good understanding for freight and shipping terms preferred
• Bilingual in English and Korean
