Duties;
• Research and analyze industry information to accurately apply pricing and maximize company sales and profits
• Frequently visit and communicate with customers to determine needs, generate solutions, and strengthen client relationships
• Develop new customers and markets for several products (Engineering Plastics, Rubber and Specialties) in North America to maximize sales for the team
• Supervise logistics of shipments through SAP system to ensure prompt delivery
• Accounts receivable follow-up to reduce aging and follow-up on collecting receivable monies
• Conduct market research and provide reports of current market situation
• Communicate with HQ to improve and expand business.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2~5 years of related sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in use of PCs and MS Office Program
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system is preferred
• Travel up to 50% of the time

• Qualification
- 10 + years of work experience in lighting company

- Skilled in use of PCs and related software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

- Responsible for new material development for business growth
- Develop new process technology for improving existing products
- Plan, develop and execute complex R&D projects
- Provide leadership and direction to the R&D team
- Work with cross functional team to execute trials for commercialization

• Qualification
- 7 + years of work experience in Chemical R&D, top tier company preferred
- Experience in Polyamide compound and elastomer compound
- Experience in high heat resistant EP material, Eco-friendly material development
- Masters required, PhD preferred
- Academic background in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, polymer or related field required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills & leadership

Roles and Responsibilities;
- Manage to permit application processes, maintain current permits and ensure reporting requirements are accurate and complete
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, and keep abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the company
- Conduct field work and training to ensure compliance and assist with implementation of policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Environmental, or Geo Sciences, preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures

Roles and Responbilities;
- Maintain records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
- Explain the Cal/OSHA rules and standards that pertain to construction safety to field staff, industry officials, employers, and employees.
- Recommend changes in methods and procedures related to safety inspections or the citation review process.
- Evaluate working conditions and recommends improvements in safety and health methods, practices, and procedures.
- Prepare and submits inspection activity reports.
- Review accident, injury, and illness reports to detect problem areas related to employee safety.
- Gather evidence and prepares reports on code violation complaints and construction accidents and fatalities.
- Document violations through notes, sketches, measurements, and photographs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements;
- Knowledge of the state construction safety and California Occupational Safety and Health Acts.
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to work.
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or previous safety experience within the construction industry preferred.
- MS Office (word, excel, power point, and etc.)
- Positive mind and good communication skills
- Green Card Holder and US Citizen preferred
