Job Duties:
Cost accounting - Cost analysis
Financial accounting
Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
Monthly, quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis
Monthly expense variance analysis
Inter-company transactions and reconciliations
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/ US
GAAP and compliance to internal policies
Income Statement analysis including horizontal and vertical analysis
Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
Government reporting including US census
Payroll accounting – understanding and posting journal entries
A/R, A/P management (possible A/R collection)
Interface with management in various departments, including
engineering, sales operations, IT and legal
Requirements:
Engineering service accounting experience is a plus
Deadline oriented
Strong desire and willingness to learn
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA/CPA candidate is a plus but not
required.
Strong technical accounting background.
At least three years general ledger accounting experience is required
SAP experience is a plus
SAP module, FI, TR, AA, IM, SD, MM experience is a huge plus but not
required.
Korean/Asian company experience is a plus
Strong Excel experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Team player and have ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to
interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
