Job Duties:
• Responsible for All Food sales process for N. America &. S. America
• Process Sales Orders
• Communicate with outside Acct. manager &. customer for monthly forecast
• Submit PO for Sales Transaction.
• Verify shipping schedule & Purchase order status with the company & Customer
Review & prepare required shipping documents
• Corresponding to all issues related to shipment with freight forwarders/shipping
lines, factory and warehouse or Customers
• Communicate with HQ Plant site for all shipment related issue (price, certificate,
shipping schedule, commission, AR, and etc.)
• Manage the inventories for the adequate volume with SCM
• Maintain and reconcile inventory with warehouse and SAP
• Support SCM, verify the sales expenses & Purchasing expense
• Report to product manager Monthly closing report for sales/inventory/AR status
• Daily Customer inquiry - E-mail, telephone call from customers about orders,
deliveries, invoices, and etc.
• Provide all QA/QC related Questions, certification product by customer requests
• Review for the AR and request payment every week and report to HQ and related
Dept.
• Support Inside and Outside Sales Mgr. for all general inquiry
• Support other Managers Request as assigned
