Job Duties:
• Plan and implement production schedule
• Ensure production, sanitation, maintenance, productivity goals are met
• Enforce standard operating procedures
• Supervise production operators including assist Head of Production with performance evaluations
• Maintain process documentation
• Provide technical guidance during plant operations
• Maintain a visible presence on the plant floor to monitor machine operations, quality of product, sanitations/GMPs and waste management
• Monitors raw material and packaging inventories, ordering and receiving materials as needed
• Participate and provide leadership in meetings

Job Duties:

• Analyze sales trend on weekly and monthly basis with each sales team and create reports on monthly sales after month end closing
• Prepare weekly team meeting and follow up on important issues discussed during meeting
• Prepare quarterly workshops by creating agenda and collecting each team's presentations
• Propose following year's sales target based on forecasted data collected from HQ and each team
• Forecast long-term business target arranged by customers and products
• Regularly create economic reports on issues regarding U.S economy, its forward industry, and its competitors & customers
• Create Global Business Strategy Marketing Report through Sales & market analysis
• Assist HQ duties during local interviews and client visits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a degree in business administration, economics or related
• 1~3 years of related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong PC, software skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system is preferred

Job Duties:

- Plan and support to execute diverse marketing and communication strategies for the company Webtoon
- Manage agencies and partners, with an emphasis on tracking KPIs, and communicating and advocating for the company Webtoon’s business and marketing needs
- Manage and grow the company Webtoon’s social presence across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social networks with an emphasis on building a world class social presence that will continue to drive engagement with the Webtoon brand and our original IP
- Plan and manage execution of scale activations at events such as San Diego Comic Con, New York Comic Con, SXSW, and PAX
- Develop grass roots marketing and outreach strategies to build the company Webtoon brand in the U.S.
- Manage PR efforts and maintain relationships with entertainment and comics news outlets

Requirements:

- A passion for comics and geek culture
- At least 5 years of experience in content marketing
- Significant experience managing social channels for entertainment brands on a daily basis that drove growth and engagement.
- Experience with online ad campaigns on social and paid media networks.
- Experience developing marketing campaigns

Preferred Requirements

- Experience with research and analytics tools such as Comscore, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights
- Experience communicating with press outlets and crafting releases with a deep rolodex and relationships across multiple entertainment sectors
- Experience creating/managing on the ground activations and with the comic convention circuit
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
- Korean language skills would be a bonus, but not required
