Job Duties:
This position will be responsible for maintaining accounting ledgers, conducting transaction reconciliation, provide invoice/expense report analysis, assist with invoice processing, etc. The position requires the employee to multitask, work independently as well as part of a team in some situations, meet deadlines, etc.
• Responsible for day to day operations support in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, employee benefits, new hire training/orientation and other HR projects/processes
• Serves as point of contact for employees
• Address and resolve requests, concerns and inquiries
• Handle and resolve employee and manager queries
• Work closely with HR Manager in supporting assigned departments
• Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding of separating employees
• Prepare and analyze reports like turnover reports etc.
• Participates in investigations

• Represent company at unemployment compensation hearings
• Prepares responses for unemployment claims and coordinates the appeals process when required
• Supports feedback from management and employees through various sources including surveys, suggestions and other focus employee groups
