Job Duties:
- Lead insights, trend analysis and research plans for key categories for the marketing team
- Manage and maintain relationships with outside research vendors and agencies
- Meet with marketing team to assess marketing research needs and provide short term and long term solutions as it relates to new product development, brand positioning, and consumer insights
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize consumer learning to draw insights that lead to specific actions and improve business results
- Ability to “story-tell” (PPT presentations, Word, etc.) by simplifying complex insights and data
- Deliver reporting and analysis to support US and HQ business decisions
- Run monthly reports from key data sources (IRI, internal BI)
- Develop quarterly industry trend reports to send to internal stakeholders
- Provide regular summaries of performance drivers
- Diagnose business problems with analysis from multiple sources
- Rebuild/supplement reporting suite to deliver greater insight and engagement with stakeholders
- Develop and track KPIs (sales, growth, velocity, etc.) for new products within each category
- Maintain library of team analyses, reports, tools and templates

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in an analytical role; CPG experience a plus
- Strong Excel skills – comfortable with advanced functions, pivot tables. Strong value in a candidate with experience building models and sense of visual appeal
- Familiarity with syndicated retail data analytics (e.g. IRI/Nielsen)
- Qualitative research experience and skills (Focus groups, concept tests, etc.)

Job Duties:

• Review and understand thoroughly each affiliate's business models and processes
• Protect against fraud and theft of every affiliate's assets by ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively
• Ensure every employee complies with company’s policies and procedures
• Oversee risk management and control management to maximize operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance
• Obtain, analyze, and evaluate necessary accounting software data and documentation, previous reports, flowcharts etc.
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings strategies
• Focus and perform investigation needed to conduct follow-up audits and face to face interviews
• Prepare clear and concise reports that reflect audit’s findings, results, and the processes in order to report and provide value to management
• Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes
• Monitor the implementation of any recommendations
• Respond and conduct ad-hoc special audits as requested
• Engage in continued learning and skills development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
• Provide the anti-fraud and bribery education session to each affiliates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of internal audit experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant coursework (accounting, finance or related business)
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office, accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Sage)
• Ability to consistently and accurately manipulate large amounts of data and to generate detailed and clear reports using flowchart and diagrams
• High degree of aptitude regarding attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Willingness to demonstrate leadership skills and make sound independent judgments
• Corporate (Internal) audit experience preferred
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred

Job Duties:

- According to company annual business plan, implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Develop new customers and new items in the wholesale/foodservice/ retail market for trading business based on container
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by trend (Imported items from Asia, Latin America)
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling
- Manage A/R Accounts
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed
Utilize existing relationships in the wholesale/foods Service (Sysco, us food service, etc)/retail industry (Costco/Ralphs, etc) to bring in as customers.

Requirements:

- Building up relationships, meeting sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, reporting
- Microsoft office, verbal communication, analyzing information, network in the local/ethnic market.
- Minimum four (4) years of sales experience in seafood(local or ethnic) market.

Job Duties:
• Participate and complete monthly closing and audit process
• Responsible for maintaining records by accurately recording day to day financial transactions by compiling and analyzing account information
• Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits, and credit card, bank, cash deposit, bank statement reconciliations
• Ad-hoc reporting, to include, but not limited to, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports / statements
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and income statement accounts
• Check and verify source documents such as invoices & receipts employee expense reports

Background/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2-5 years of in accounting, financial systems, budgets, reporting, data analysis, auditing, taxation and advice and month end close experience preferred.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and theory and bookkeeping practices
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with multiple projects
• Strong business written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Excel
• Bilingual (English and Korean)
