Job Duties:
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
• Monthly/Quarterly Financial reports
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience dealing with SAP preferred

• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity

Job Duties:
• Initiate and monitor order processing using the system.
• Monitor credit limit of assigned accounts and release DO accordingly.
• Take care of accounts receivable (AR); check billing status and communicate with customers.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse vendors, HQ (production), related vendors to promptly make appropriate actions as needed.
• Update/action as needed for Customer and Sales Order Status. (Ex. Shipment Schedule)
• Keep sales and management informed of all activity.
• Initiate and monitor delivery arrangements through a third party logistics companies.
• Daily inventory and transaction confirmation with warehouse vendors if applicable.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent number of experience
• 2+ years of experience with B2B inside sales
• Hold valid driver’s license for business trips
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook

Job Duties:
• Assist in the monthly close process and provide variance analysis against actual results
• Create financial models as needed, as well as drive process improvement with existing models
• Responsible for the monthly forecast and budget processes
• Provide analysis for historical trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
• Develop departmental expense reporting and assist in the preparation of management reporting packages including standard reports, metrics and variance commentary
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators; and provide accurate and timely financial reporting to management
• Work cross functionally to drive process improvements and automation
• Support the development and improvement of new and existing management reports and input templates
• Track & analyze capital expenditures for cap projects
• Support ad-hoc reports as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study
• Bilingual (English and Korean)
• 4+ years of financial analysis experience
• Ability to work independently, work under pressure of deadline, handle multiple priorities and detail oriented
• Highly resourceful, self-starter, driven, with the willingness to grow and learn new skills
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills required

Duties:
• Develop PR and communication strategies that help create broad awareness among top-tier media and influencers through pre-launch, launch, and post-launch timeframes.
• Write and edit press releases, create press kits, and coordinate marketing assets to media outlets.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with developers, product leads, and corporate executives.
• Execute PR programs, media tours, and press activities at gaming events and consumer shows.
• Manage and collaborate with partner agencies in North America and Europe to develop plans that increase corporate awareness.
• Propose and maintain product specific budgets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in communication or related business field.
• Minimum 5+ years of PR experience within gaming, entertainment, technology, or consumer products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong media relations background with extensive list of industry contacts and proven media coverage results.
• Passion for gaming. Knowledge of mobile games, free-to-play, or live-service operations a major plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to foster strong relationships with media, corporate stakeholders, and internal teams.

Duties:
• Reconcile revenue
• Assist in production analysis of all costs
• Process all Platforms and reconcile to sales statements
• Review and document license agreements which may include interpreting contractual terms and understanding the application of our accounting policies
• Preparation of general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Completion of monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
• Monitor, report, and manage actual expenditure against a set budget
• Process weekly check run, ACH, and credit card payments
• Assist with implementing and improving ERP system.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support Business Management team

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a tech or entertainment industry (or equivalent to)
• Bilingual in English and Korean (Oral, Written, etc.)
• Knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications, Google Sheets and Docs
