Job Duties:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of finance department
• Prepare/review weekly financial report to management
• Coordinate and run monthly CO reports
• Responsible for company accounting processes and functions, including timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions and system reconciliations
• Perform multi-level Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and analysis
• Perform contract management
• Prepares detailed analyses of financial statements to reflect variances in assets, liabilities, income, expenditures, and capital asset values from previous periods.
• Makes recommendations to administration concerning means of reducing organizational operating costs and increasing revenues, based on knowledge of financial reports and industry operating procedures.
• Prepare/Review monthly financial statements and trend analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy of results, ensures account balances are fully reconciled, and manage the preparation the financial results in a timely manner

• Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits conducted by external auditors
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree of accounting, finance, or relevant experience.
• More than 7 years of experience including month-end closing in financial accounting team
• Experience in SAP FI Module
• Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and US-GAAP.
• English Korean bilingual
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

• Analyzes inventory levels, production speeds, and product demand to determine levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs. Requires a knowledge of the purchasing process, demand planning, and equipment output.
• Manage and clear GR/IR accounts.
