Job Duties:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of finance department
• Prepare/review weekly financial report to management
• Coordinate and run monthly CO reports
• Responsible for company accounting processes and functions, including timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions and system reconciliations
• Perform multi-level Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and analysis
• Perform contract management
• Prepares detailed analyses of financial statements to reflect variances in assets, liabilities, income, expenditures, and capital asset values from previous periods.
• Makes recommendations to administration concerning means of reducing organizational operating costs and increasing revenues, based on knowledge of financial reports and industry operating procedures.
• Prepare/Review monthly financial statements and trend analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy of results, ensures account balances are fully reconciled, and manage the preparation the financial results in a timely manner
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting on IFRS consolidated package
• Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits conducted by external auditors

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree of accounting, finance, or relevant experience.
• More than 7 years of experience including month-end closing in financial accounting team
• Experience in SAP FI Module
• Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and US-GAAP.
• English Korean bilingual
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

Job Duties:
• Review and approve daily BP (Business Partner) creation/change/deletion.
• Review and improve O2C process especially sales order / goods issue.
• Maintain COA (Chart of Account).
• Review and manage fixed assets.
• Allocate prepaid expenses.
• Review payroll related document/promotion and marketing expenses/logistics invoices.
• Maintain GR/IR account.
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies, including month-end closing/tax functions to ensure adherence to company guideline.
• Provides accounting assistance to project managers and staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs.
• Review and advise all kinds of state tax/federal tax, etc.
• Acts as a liaison between the company and external parties to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.

Requirements:
• At least 7+ year experiences in GL/Tax/AP/AR.
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP FI reporting is required.
• Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Job Duties:
• Analyzes inventory levels, production speeds, and product demand to determine levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs. Requires a knowledge of the purchasing process, demand planning, and equipment output.
• Manage and clear GR/IR accounts.
• Oversees the quality control of inventory, actively involved in cycle counts plans
• Plans layout and utilization of warehouse space, considers inventory turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Schedules and participates in, work for special and periodic inventories. Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Support plant cost reduction teams, analyze data in SAP and generate reports on inventory.
• Reviews the records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequate inventory levels.
• Generate necessary reports for sales, demand planners, and finance regarding inventory.
• Supervise cycle counters in the warehouse. Plan the work schedule for the cycle counters. Train employees on all procedures of the warehouse and all company rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in related inventory Control and/or Warehouse Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Job Duties:
• OS & Services installation/setup, maintenance, troubleshooting for multiple OS including Windows, Max, and Linux

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a companies' products and services
• Network Skill & Knowledge in CISCO F/W, IPS, VPN, L3, L2, Wireless, Video Conference, Meraki
• Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
• Language requirement: Korean
• Able to travel within North America and to Europe

Job Duties:
• Monitor the regulatory environment and help to ensure that ingredients, formulas, labels, and labeling are updated when new regulations are implemented
• Ensure FDA compliance of product nutritional and ingredient information, including ingredient and allergen list, confirming nutrition values, net weight statements, nutritional and advertising claims, and standards of identity
• Generate nutrition facts in compliance with FDA/USDA and CFIA labeling regulation using GENSIS and or outside lab analysis
• Assist with review of packaging for compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines and company procedures
• Organize the obtainment of label approvals and extensions for products, including national certifications
• Assist with the review of product claims made in marketing and sales collateral and other consumer communications for compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with validation and relevance of claims when formulations are modified
• Assist in providing regulatory guidance and actively participate/collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Assist with review, improvement, development, and implementation of regulatory and compliance processes, procedures and training
• Develop and maintain accurate food labeling information for finished products compliant with FDA/relevant regulations
• Maintain records for auditing purposes
• Assist with other projects/tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field
• 2 years of relevant food regulatory experience
• Knowledge of FDA/CFIA food labeling regulations and documentation requirements
• Experiences and knowledge of GENESIS program
• Knowledge of food product development and processes preferred
• Must have initiative, be able to work independently and exercise good judgment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
