Job Duties:

• Coordinate and run monthly CO reports
• Responsible for company accounting processes and functions, including timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions and system reconciliations
• Perform multi-level Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and analysis
• Help to perform contract management

Job Duties:
• Analyzes inventory levels, production speeds, and product demand to determine levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs. Requires a knowledge of the purchasing process, demand planning, and equipment output.
• Manage and clear GR/IR accounts.
• Oversees the quality control of inventory, actively involved in cycle counts plans
• Plans layout and utilization of warehouse space, considers inventory turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Schedules and participates in, work for special and periodic inventories. Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Support plant cost reduction teams, analyze data in SAP and generate reports on inventory.
• Reviews the records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequate inventory levels.
• Generate necessary reports for sales, demand planners, and finance regarding inventory.
• Supervise cycle counters in the warehouse. Plan the work schedule for the cycle counters. Train employees on all procedures of the warehouse and all company rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in related inventory Control and/or Warehouse Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
