Job Duties:
[Demand plan & Stock management]
• Forecast ordering quantity from U.S. local partners based on the predicted demand.
o Collaborate on demand planning with U.S. MD
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that store in-stock levels and local partners' needs are surpassed
• Forecast demand volume, oversee the import of products from the Korea logistics center, and ensure smooth logistics operations
o Collaborate on demand planning with U.S. MD and Global SCM Team (Korea H/Q)
• Monitor and manage slow-moving inventory, implementing strategies to reduce excess stock.
• Lead initiatives to optimize and manage the flow of inventory within the supply chain network.
o Delivery frequency, case size, Returns if necessary, waste etc.
[Logistics management]
• Manage the overall 3PL logistics operations
o Manage inbound and outbound logistics at the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow of goods
o Control and analyze logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Report logistics costs, inventory days, shortage every month
• Negotiate logistics rates and contracts with 3PL.
o Collaborate with Global SCM team in Korea to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of supply chain
Requirements:
• 6~8 years of relevant work experience in the areas of Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Inventory control and Logistics Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain-related fields.
• Effective communication in Korean with Korea HQ is essential, and the ability to communicate in Korean is required.

• Experience in financial reporting and analysis is a must.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles required.
• CPA or other relevant financial certification is a plus.
